Life on the edge
If all else fails, there's always the Falkirk Wheel (at least where photography is concerned).
One of the benefits of living in my particular part of Central Scotland is having several iconic and photogenic structures within short travelling distance. Take your pick from Stirling Castle, the National Wallace Monument, the Falkirk Wheel and, more recently, The Kelpies and the Helix Park.
Thursday was one of these days where it looked like there would be little time for taking my daily blip, despite the continuing sunshine. So a wee trip down to the Falkirk Wheel, a wee wander around the site, a few photographs later and I can say to myself "job done". A good day otherwise - visiting friends for lunch, meeting other friends in the evening, so another pleasant day all round.
