Faery Pools Hike

I already knew about this hike, but armed with a trusty "great walks on Skye" book we made a loop out of it instead of just going up and down by the pools. There were some brave swimmers in the pools and then some who'd shown forethought and brought wetsuits. The loop part of the trail took us across a boggy bit, but when we weren't watching our feet to see what mud we were walking through, the views were incredible.

We then made it up to Uig where we're staying for four nights at the Woodbine B&B. I'm looking forward to more hikes, less driving, exploring this northern bit of the island.
