At last ...

... the Edinburgh tram is up and running.

When I was here in November there was still no sign of it and the years of disruption we have seen on Princes Street just seemed to go on and on. Here it is about to pass us as we left our hotel this morning.

Another lovely morning but fresher after last nights rain. (See Corinthian Column yesterday)

We spent our time in Princes Street Gardens (see Wendles56) people watching and chilling until it was time to go for the train home. What a wonderful few days Scotland's capital has given us and how great it is to have such good friends to share it with. Thank you all.
