In the garden at Oswaldtwistle Mills.

At 7:30am I was woken up by a noisy dog repeatedly barking outside our open window.
Once up, there was no going back to sleep, so in a way it was a good thing, as I got a head start on all the Monday housework and that meant Maria and me went to Oswaldtwistle Mills for an hour or so, before she went to meet a college friend for a Happy Meal.
The weather is very changeable, with it having been sunny and blue skied until we went out, and then we took brolleys as it looked as if the heavens could open at any minute.
Thankfully they didn't and we enjoyed strolling outside, feeding the swan, geese and ducks in the nicely tended and very verdant gardens at the back of the Mills.
