Grain Warehouse, Alexandra Dock

A quick visit to the the docks this afternoon, after leaving Fiachra in to take a truckers' theory test. I noticed pigeons in one of the big grain warehouses, peacefully walking over the slopes of maize, helping themselves. I approached quietly but they spooked and blackened the doorway in their haste, an emptying batcave's worth of them. They'd already begun to return before I left a few minutes later.

Picked Fiachra up in town afterwards (I went in to buy a sun-hat) and we drove back to my place for a late lunch.
