Don't let the sun go down...

A great evening.

First up a 5 mile run with Ms Turner. Always great chat & a real motivator.

Then dinner with two of my favourite men Mr J & Mr B who is back in Edi for a couple of days..,

Mr J cooked us a cracking Malaysian curry. & then the 3 of us went for an evening stroll along the union canal where I took a shot of the sun setting - just like the old days xxx
