Prickly question

Went for a short drive this evening as it's getting quite warm here with higher temperatures forecast in the next few days. This beautiful thistle caught my eye and I was busy trying to get things into focus HG asked which way I'd vote, if indeed I could vote, for independence which is precisely what they will be doing in Scotland in 60+ days time.
