Zygaena filipendulae
The six spotted Burnet are a colorful day flying moth. They are dark metallic green but depending on the light may appear black.
There are six red spots on each fore wing, the hind wings are red.
The colouring advertisers their toxicity. This poison is obtained as caterpillars from the food plants the trefoils and vetches.
I think this little guy needed some help!
