Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium)

A macro shot, fairly narrow depth of field achieved by a wide aperture. Very little light, allowing the background to be quite dark and offer a nice bokeh.

Off work for most of the week allowing for a few jobs to be done around the house as well as more sorting out for Mom.

Feverfew is a traditional medicinal herb which is commonly used to prevent migraine headaches It is also believed to reduce fever, as the name implies, though research suggests it only has a placebo effect.
