Swim, Day 2

Lessons went great this morning and Alex showed me how he could swim with no assistance! Proud mommy! Must be the goggles. Thank God they happened to be hanging out in his bag. . . no forethought on that one. Rushed back into town to teach Body Pump and then we headed back out to Warm Beach where we spent the entire day at the cabin with our friends.
Another, hot, beautiful day. An eternal Summer would be amazing but horribly unproductive for me. Went for a neighborhood run with Isaac tonight and wasn't surprised at all with how good it felt to do this. I haven't run since my surgery, and although my lungs were burning just a bit, I feel so fortunate to have the ability to run outside now.
