Stats of the Day

Well what an enjoyable day.... here are some stats

• It's 69 miles door to door from the office to my meeting in Ashford - Kent
• The major roads that are included in the journey are the M25 & M20 taking in the Dartford crossing
• It took me roughly 90 minutes to get there as the traffic was fine
• I was in the meeting for precisely 17 minutes
• I had completed exactly 60% of the journey home in an estimated time of 60 minutes when the traffic stopped
• 4 lorries had crashed just before the Dartford tunnel going anti clockwise
• 2hrs later I hadn't moved an inch
• 1hr later I was crawling on the A2 heading towards the Blackwall Tunnel
• 1ht later I was sat inside the Blackwall Tunnel
• The complete journey time for the return 69 miles was just over 5hrs.
• I saved £2 not taking the Dartford tunnel on the way home
• I spent £30 on Air Conditioning in the car..
