Kindness

The girls were disappointed when they discovered Smaland was closed tonight. Ice cream became their consolation prize.

There was this old lady in front of us, with whom we started making small talk. All of a sudden she gave me 2 toonies and insisted that she bought the kids ice cream. How very nice of her!

It has more than made up the lack of Smaland for the kids this evening.
