It's been a hot day

But we had an early walk this morning, and Russet has enjoyed sunbathing and lying around in the shade! We had our supper outside and stayed in the garden til after eight.
This morning I enjoyed myself buying a birthday present for my daughter in Sherborne. A fragrant bag of goodies from Clarins is ready now, with some generous freebies added, as the beauty shop had a splendid offer on!
Last session of short mat bowls this afternoon til September. It was rather warm but we kept cool by having all the doors open to the breeze! Think I am just a little less likely to bowl awful shots now, but any good shots are just flukes!
