Bright Ambassadors Of Morning

I have used that title before. It comes from Echoes by Pink Floyd, as someone correctly pointed out last time I used it. But it seems so appropriate today.

Hooray! I dipped under the 86 kg barrier this morning. And then some! 85.6 kg. 8 kg less than when I started the 5-2 way of life. More than 10 kg lighter than this time last year.

But still quite a long way to go.

Sigh!
