I had to take a little field trip for work today to Ikea. This wasn't your usual ikea journey that one would expect however, this time a special ferry that took you right to the door was involved. With a lovely view of the Statue of Liberty thrown in for free. I love Ikea and always just want to recreate that scene from 500 Days of Summer, but alas I was on my own.

After work Josh and I planned to go and see Gravity which they were showing on the deck of The Intrepid for free. However, we arrived to massssssive queues and despite jumping in the queue with a friend who was near the front and sneaking through when they closed the line we were too late and didn't make it. Next time we'll be sure to arrive within plenty of time. Following that we went and met some friends in a bar which turned out to be a lot of fun with a lot of crazy dancing.
