Busy Friday
1) work - same old same old
2) beers on the roof
3) brief and unsuccessful shopping trip
4) bite to eat and a drink with Louise in Little Italy (where I spotted this stunning piece of street art)
5) attempted to walk back for the train and ended up on the other side of Manhattan, but did stumble across Shakespeare in the Parking Lot, which is exactly what it sounds like
6) tried to make it to the Mountbatten August v March football game but due to número 5 arrived just as it finished
7) Oli's flat party back in Newport, which was possibly the sweatiest place I've ever been. Good to see everyone but it ended up getting shut down at 2am by the NYPD
8) bed
