Wedding Day

A colleague of mine fort married the first weekend of the holidays. They didn't really want a fuss, they and been living together for some years and so it was them and a couple of witnesses at the register office followed by a trip up to Nelson and Golden bay for a few days.
Today they had their 'wedding reception' at home. A BBQ in their garden with all the food and booze laid on. A very relaxed as is the Kiwi way (He's a Pom and she's Malaysian)
This is the view from their garden, looking out over the Waiau towards the start of the Humpridge Track. Really is a beauty of a sport for sunsets, I must invite myself round more often :-)
