Grocery shopping and then a stop off in Broughty Ferry for a wander along the seafront and round the town. Back home in good time to watch the Open golf on telly. I am very glad Rory McIlroy held on to win. The standard of play was very high and the other players had a real go at trying to catch Rory but his 6 shot lead at start of play proved too much.

I still have highlights of the F1 to watch.
