The Caledonian Canal.

This is a shot of the Caledonian Canal at Dochgarroch. This is where the boats and crafts either enter the Lock Gates from Loch Ness, or they leave the canal system after coming from Inverness and the Beauly Firth, heading into Loch Ness. We went today and had a picnic on the canal side with 10 other friends and then went for a beautiful dinner at the Oakwood Restaurant at Dochgarroch. It was a wonderful day!
