Four more months....

... and this will be our house!

A busy day, starting with my mum's birthday! We had lunch, Sav and I, with mum, and the two Johns. One John is my brother and one is mum's friend.

Then we went to the building site that will eventually be where we call home. Had a bit of a drama again, a mix up with solicitors almost scuppered the whole deal, but it all seems to be back on track now. We were allowed into the site so that we could see our house this time!!

As if that wasn't enough excitement for one day, we called in to see the kids and ended up having a bouncy session on the new trampoline!!! We spent a few hours there as their mum was away for the weekend, so we helped their dad entertain and feed them. When we left, he only had Mary to put to bed, as Sav had rocked Alex to sleep whilst I helped her dad feed her. Well, I was over seeing her demolition of dinner whilst he got to eat his. Mary had us smiling all the time we were there - she's so funny now she's beginning to talk!

Ended the day at a friends house, chatting and tea drinking til midnight.
