Kachemak Bay, Alaska
Friday is a lazy day for on the Kachemak Bay near Homer, Alaska.
We drove out on the Far East Road from Homer for some views of the Bay. This is end-of-the-road territory. People that live here have driven as far as you can go to the northwest, the road stops here. If you need to get away from something or somebody or if you are anti-social and just want to be away from everything, you come here.
A bit of sun popped out for us to warm up some and take a few photos. It is amazing what the sun will do for the views. Most of the time I have to revert to B&W because of the dull light.
Mid-afternoon lunch today was at the Homer Brewery, beer and brot, tasty.
Didn't make it to Soldovia today, maybe tomorrow.
