I'm furiously backblipping here after some "serious technical difficulties" in Sri Lanka -ha! So here I am in London the day before my flight, catching up with friends in a lovely, if slightly strange, coffee shop near Oxford circus. A rather riotous atmosphere, i must admit, funky music cranked up to extreme levels and the baristas doing press ups behind the bar!! Good to see Peter, now working in Parliament, and I treated Shian to a Ginger Shot. Mmmm, spicy. I couldn't stay calm today-very very super excited about going to Sri Lanka.
