My friends, Ashcroft and Sons butchers shop that opened in the village last year is closing. I helped with the website which I'll now have to take down :-(

Despite a massive investment and huge family commitment, they ended up loosing money weekly and just could not afford to continue.

I'm so sorry it didn't work out.

Update: the abrupt "explosive" end to our Monty Python evening was in fact lightening hitting the building we were in!
