Going, going...

gone. We made the decision last week to have the hedge removed between us and our next door neighbour. Roy was finding it hard work when it came to cutting it. We phoned a 'gardener' who came out and quoted us 200 euros and it would take him two days. I spoke to the Community gardeners who said 60 euros and 40 minutes, guess who got the job.

Vincente and his crew arrived at 3.45 and by 4.30 everything was out, taken away and tidied up, Roy gave them more than the 60 euros as it was worth it for him not having to cut the hedge anymore.

All we have to do now is sort the wall out, and tile it, then new gravel, some nice coloured balls, solar lights and job done.

Another job ticked off my list today, I went to the Medical Centre, explained that I needed a new SIP card and why, I was asked for the Denuncia and my Padron certificate and within 10 minutes I had my new card. Sometimes the system does work efficiently.
