Tuesday......

Went for a 12.8km walk and run first thing in the morning....I walked a lot of the route as wanted to take photo's with my camera...which I did....so I see in the end I ran for 47 mins and my walk/run took me two hours. What a beautiful day out....the air is so fresh up in the forest. Took a new route and loved that I could look across and see the houses in a different part of our little German town.

The evening I went to teach a fitness class ( Yahhhh was pay day as well ) - stopped the car on the way home and used my phone again. Am really loving the camera on the new Sony Z2 phone.

My daughter has got me hooked on watching Hannabal.....scary and sick...but addictive....
