Something in the water

I can only assume that something is in the water in the Czech Republic. They seem to have their fair share of loons. Not to mention this lot.

"I've always wanted a car made out of leather said no one", but that's not true because this group obviously did.

Very slightly faster than the cyclists. But not by much.
