Millionaire's Shortbread

It's good.

But it's not quite Allendale Tea Room's Millionaire's Shortbread.

It was tasty, & what a fantastic brick of a slice, but this soft Southern Shortbread from the South East coast is no match for it's no nonsense Northumberland namesake.

And now I can't stop thinking about it.
