The Common or Garden Games

The Commonwealth Games is not for everyone.

Not to despair however, & not in Glasgow either, Jenny & I, ever athletic, staged our own games at our gaff. I was indoors working a multitude of muscles in a cardio/ strength workout, whilst Jenny took centre stage in the garden in a more intense all body beating.

I asked her for a pose & she collapsed.
