Through the port hole
There are three old canal barges taking a well earned winter break out of the water by the Chichester Canal. They look extraordinary, propped up on stilts, but alas, I haven't figured out a way to capture them on film yet...
This port hole caught my attention today - I love the colours, the flaking paint as well as the wonderful machinery. Most importantly, the pot of red pain suggests that the barge is going to be beautified before the Spring when they're relaunched into the Canal.
