sea at night

It was the hottest day yet I think, sweltering and airless.

We made it down for a swim about six-ish and the water was warm. There were a lot of jellyfish, which made me slightly jumpy, but it was still blissful to be in the water.

Later tonight I took a walk on Long Strand in the afterglow of a fiery sunset.
