A Nice Morning

My old camera went off with my niece today whilst hers goes to have the shutter fixed (hopefully).

Yesterday The Cygnet got a splinter in his hand.
He agreed to let SWMBO gouge it out for him.
It hurt but he was very good and let her finish the job.

It was still really hot this afternoon when we took PD out for a walk.
The promise of an ice-cream led to a bit of a race which went past my favourite beech trees.
One of them obviously had a slight accident after PD and I passed it yesterday.
I think I will be going down there with the chainsaw tomorrow.

SWMBO and I went out to the golf club tonight to out the culinary delights of the new caterers.
All I can say is 'superb' ........... and excellent prices.
