Heavy overcast started our morning with cooler tempts than the previous week or so. Then the fog flirted with us throughout the day--thick at moments and then a wispy veil.

I think it was our first day without sun this summer. We expect August could bring lots more fog, but who knows.

Mr. Fun went for an hour bicycle ride late morning while I worked on clearing the land for a flower bed that I want to plant with iris bulbs.

We enjoyed several hours at the library mid-afternoon, and this evening we fixed a salad, garlic bread, and spaghetti.

Because it was foggy, Max posed for me, so I'd have at least one good photo for today.
