happy beach time

A lovely day with the girl. A wander round the Farmer's market, which was very busy, then a trip to the beach, which was so quiet we had it all to ourselves, for a dip. The girl loved it, it was her first time in the sea for two years and she had great fun with the dog, who loves a good swim.

Lunch and chillout time at home, a visit from an old friend of hers, then a visit from the boy. He is taking care of the homestead this weekend while his Mum and stepdad are away for the weekend celebrating their first wedding anniversary. He came for dinner, then we all went to the Celtic Ross to the opening of the Clonakilty Camera Club exhibition.
It was a nice evening with wine and a talk by Steve Redmond, the swimmer, and my one picture looked well among some very good company.
