Crown

For the past two and a half weeks we have had the great thrill of staying in an absolutely magnificent apartment, thanks to my very generous brother and sister-in-law. The view is just sensational and you can sit for hours just watching the world go by.

There's no doubt about it though, this part of Melbourne is dominated by the Crown Casino and tonight I decided to try my hand at another night image. This time I realised that a faster shutter speed was going to do the job.

I just want to give a huge, huge thank you for the response to my 300th blip yesterday. Honestly I feel quite overwhelmed. It was the greatest thrill for me to see my humble blip of the St Kilda Pier sitting at number one on the Spotlight page. That is one Blip Day I will never forget and mainly because of the heartfelt comments that so many of my Blip Friends sent through. 300 blips is a very modest number compared to many of you, but I can tell you, I've loved publishing every one of them.
