Jazz

Jazz Carlin and Lauren Boyle on the victory walk after the women's 800 metres freestyle, and of course William, Kate and Harry of Wales were there to see it. I held the door and said 'good evening' before changing and going poolside.  It was an odd night. Much tension and high powered stuff but again amazing swimming.

I had the morning at home, a wee bit work, a wee bit tidying and a chocolate ice cream in the sun before the train.  And I got home before the day buses ended. Result!
