Torrential Rains!

If it's raining extremely hard, then the rain is torrential — it's absolutely pouring.
Use torrential to describe something that's happening in torrents, or turbulent flowing streams. When there's a torrential storm, there's so much rain falling so fast that you'll be soaked in about three seconds.

This was our weather all day long. Extreme thunder, lightning, torrential rains and bursts of sunshine thrown in, too. There were many tornado and flash flood warnings as well. Trees were downed, a tornado caused a lot of damage just barely 30 miles away. I was supposed to go an hour away for blood work. I cancelled until tomorrow. Hopefully, the skies will be calmer then.

I had to blip the rain as it was just so crazy. Please note, a little sign across the street, ADT (Security Systems)... keeping my blip in the DDW ~ July Challenge - Prop = sign! Almost a Mono Monday, too.
