Let's Hear It For Lizzie!!!

She’s up on her feet, patrolling her yard, warding off intruders (a moment involving a small altercation without blood or fur loss), but most important, she’s lost almost two pounds. TWO POUNDS! That’s a lot of Lizzie gone. A few more pounds and she’ll be positively svelte.

There were congratulations all around at the vet on Saturday when the two pound loss was announced – a couple of high-fives and lots of smiles. Lizzie seemed to walk a bit taller and now she seems motivated to keep up the good work. Well, maybe that’s my imagination, but there was a lot of petting and loving when we got home and I think she got the message that I was very proud of her
