Toll Road

We almost felt we had to give this fella a dollar to let us pass, he seemed to make out he owned the road.

He let us pass without fare however and we continued to wind out way up the very narrow road to Fletcher Bay at the tip of the peninsula.

A stunning part of New Zealand. While we live in a very picturesque area, it's been good to remind ourselves that we aren't the only ones.
