fighting around the hummer....

The female humming birds around here are vicious.....sometimes there are as many as 6 competing for the sweet nectar....my guess is there are lots of wee babies in tiny little nests around here!

wet and foggy....i'm in the mudroom cleaning greenware so i can load a kiln today! but luckily i've got good company.....The night circus, by Erin Morgenstern, ,.....all about the Circus of Dreams that only opens after sunset........it's a fabulous tale, and read by Jim Dale, one of my favorites. So off i go!!!
