Firey

This flower (Is it an iris? I know it's not a pansy!) comes up every year in a really inconvenient spot; in front of our garage door.

The bloom doesn't last long but the colour is awesome. And in this photo, the bountiful pollen is on display.

It's been a very full day today but I'm very mindful of my Frips moving house.
