Entertain the family with your funny face? We need to stop giving Charlie the lemon slice from our drinks but it's just too funny. He keeps eating it. We went for lunch (at 3pm is it still lunch?) to Home Sweet Home in the Northern Quarter in Manchester. Lovely it was too!

Narrowly escaped a nose piercing I suspect not for long as the shop was shut (much to my Mum's relief... for now) and then I drove Barney and I home. Really nice weekend with Sarah's family. I'm lucky to have a few families that I squeeze into just like I belong. The banter and the cheek flow and I give as good as I get... as do they.

And I didn't get caught speeding! Hurrah!
