Poor Man's Parapet

The bridge that you drive over shows the obverse side of a fancy walk through bridge leading to private gardens & tennis courts. I tried to get a picture of the good side but the wall is high & capped with barbed wire.

Had a tidy in the garden & clipped a couple of bushes.
