Speckled Wood

Didn't realise how well camouflaged these pretty butterflies were until this one settled on dead bracken! They have only appeared in the Highlands in the last five years and are now seen in most woodland settings. Sorry about the grass stalks across the shot but no chance of getting up close here!
Was going to blip the Grayling I took on the salt marsh but it has a habit of just looking as though it is something someone trod on, which is even better camouflage!
