Mint

I had a great swim this morning, I love it when it just feels so easy like today. I swam about forty lengths and when I came up for air Jean wanted to know what I was powering away for ha ha ha. Some days it is like swimming through treacle, but thankfully not today.

After a quick flit to Tesco I then lazed about the garden in the sunshine...it took a while to come out, but when it did it was gorgeous. I then rode to Carole's and watered her plants. I took a couple of pics of her mint whilst I was doing it, because I can do two things at the same time ha ha ha. In fact I'm doing that now too...typing and cheering Greg Rutherford on in his long jump attempt...I'm just loving the Commonwealth Games. Go Greg!
