Paddling Pool!

Lovely day and a rough night.

Annie and Arthur seem a bit discombobulated at the moment. Annie is bothered by her eczema and spends the night scratching and getting upset. Arthur has become really finicky about his room being 'just so' before he goes to sleep- 'sheep on the sofa' and 'fruit in the basket!'

So, after a rough sleepless night we then slept in until 9am. Giles took Annie to the doctors to pick up cream. I nipped to waitrose. We blew up the paddling pool and had a little play. This afternoon the children and I headed off to Rita's for a play date with Nathaniel, baby Bay, Charlotte, daisy, Poppy, Amelie and Cameron.

This evening I have had book club which was lovely. We sat in Maria's garden with a glass of wine and talked all things 'The Rose of Sebastapol'. Just lovely. The next book is 'The Little Stranger' by Sarah Waters. Looks good :-)
