Learning to fly

I awoke this morning to the tweeting of birds outside my window. Upon investigation, I discovered this small bird endeavoring to fly with encouragement from its parents nearby.
I was aware that there was a breeding pair in a nearby tree, so it came as no surprise when this baby bird appeared.

Interesting to see it so close to our window.
