Bring me sunshine

Bowled over today by all the nice comments on Blipfoto and FB about getting my braces off. It's so lovely to have the support of friends and family not only when things are going badly, but also when good things happen, sharing in the lows and the highs. I don't know what I'd do without them - old friends, new friends, friends I haven't yet met - thank you. I hope I can be there for you as well.

This sunflower was grown from seed in our garden. As I was taking a photo of it, the bee very obligingly flew down and posed..

Off to Sussex tomorrow to visit my parents.
