Fantastic night at the Commonwealth Games; highlight has to be Lyndsey Sharp battling to silver medal in the 800m.

Brief appearance from Bolt too , went down well with the crowd.

Jemma and I had a great day; taking a 10 year old to events like these doesn't half hurt your wallet though!
