Fever spreads

Commonwealth fever spreads as far as Dalry in Ayrshire; although a little forlornly as this banner shows!

Ran at a very wet Eglinton parkrun today; a lot more difficult than my usual Edinburgh one. In hindsight should have worn trail shoes, as it was a good mixture of trail path, tarmac and mud. Felt strong though considering the long day yesterday, pleased with 12th place finish!
