Getting wet inside and out....

I'm ashamed to say that I did nothing useful at all today. Mom went off to mass first thing. I was deliberately slow having my shower and getting ready so unfortunately I wasn't in time to go with her. You could say I did have some wholesome entertainment though as I watched four episodes of Little House On The Prairie.

It poured with rain all day long so and I was feeling sleepy anyway after yesterday. It was no hardship at all to have a lazy day. I thought about walking up to Alloway and going round Robbie Burns' Cottage and the museum again as I have my National Trust for Scotland card with me. The rain started coming down even more heavily as I was about to leave. Walking 4 miles in the torrents to see soggy thatch on a day it would have been hard to take outdoor pictures was not particularly appealing anyway.

I can think of much nicer ways of getting a bit damp! Bearing in mind that I am writing this early so I can post it from the pub later once I have a picture, you should be looking at a pint of 'Yes' or 'No'. It will not indicate my personal preference if I was a permanent resident in Scotland and eligible to vote. In the interests of fairness, I will post pictures of both pints this week and my vote will merely be reflecting my taste preference!

Anyway, this is Ayr Brewing Company 'No' in the Twa Dugs where they have run out of A.B.Co glasses and 'Yes'!
